Açık ve uzaktan öğrenmede ikinci üniversite öğrencilerinin yıllara göre değişiminin incelenmesi: Anadolu Üniversitesi örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yaşam boyu öğrenme çerçevesinde Anadolu Üniversitesi Açıköğretim Sistemi (AÖS) kapsamında ikinci üniversite kayıt türündeki öğrencilerin 2015-2018 yılları arasında yaş, cinsiyet, bölge ve program bilgileri dikkate alınarak değişimi incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda öncelikle, bu değişkenlerle ilgili verilere ulaşmak için yaşam boyu eğitim çerçevesinde nicel araştırmalar arasında yer alan betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışma esnasında elde edilen ham veriler değişkenler doğrultusunda grafik haline getirilmiştir. Araştırmadaki değişkenler sırasıyla tek tek ele alınıp analiz edilmiş ve görselleştirilip betimlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre ikinci üniversite kayıt türü kapsamında, belirtilen yıllarda önemli artışlar olmuştur. Sonuç olarak, ikinci üniversite kayıt uygulaması gibi açıköğretim sisteminin bireylere sunduğu fırsatlar yaşam boyu öğrenme eğiliminde büyük bir artışa destek olduğu düşünülmektedir.

In this study, within the framework of lifelong learning, the change of the students of the second university enrollment type between 2015-2018 in terms of age, gender, region and program information was examined within the scope of Anadolu University Open Education System. In this context, first of all, descriptive survey model, which is one of the quantitative researches within the framework of lifelong education, was used to reach the data related to these variables. The raw data obtained during the study were graphed according to the variables. The variables in the study were analyzed individually and visualized and described. According to the findings, within the scope of the second type of university enrollment, significant increases have been observed in the mentioned years. As a result, it is seen that the opportunities offered by the open education system such as the second university enrollment application support a large increase in lifelong learning tendency.
