| dc.description.abstract | Marrubium globosum Montbret & Aucher ex Benth.’ de tohum kabuğunun yapısı incelenmiş ve testayı oluşturan tabakaların sitolojik yapısı ortaya konmuştur. Kaim bir kutikula tabakasına sahip olan epidermis hücreleri büyük ve vakuollüdür. Makrosklereid hücreleri kaim çeperli olup, yoğun bir sitoplazma içerirler. Bu tabaka hücrelerinde alttaki parankimatik hücrelere oranla az sayıda organel mevcuttur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The seed coat structure of Marrubium globosum Montbret & Aucher ex Benth was analyzed and cytology of the seed coat layers was revealed. The epidermal cells possessing a thick cuticle are relatively big and vacuolated. The macrosclerid cells have thick cell walls and contain concentrated cytoplasm. These cells contain fewer organelles than the underlying paranchyma cells. | en_US |
