| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to identify and categorize the lexical errors that appear in a group of elementary level Turkish EFL learners' compositions. The participants of the study were 53 EFL students at Anadolu University, School of Foreign Languages. The lexical errors in their 4-5 paragraph compositions were counted and classified into seven categories. It was hoped that the results could provide some guidance for both Turkish EFL students and their teachers in terms of reducing the number of lexical errors in their compositions | en_US |
