dc.description.abstractThe cold-pressed bergamot peel oil of Turkish origin was studied by capillary GC and GC/MS. Thirty-six compounds constituting 99.35% of the oil were identified. The main components were linalyl acetate (37.39%), limonene (32.28%) and linalool (16.27%)en_US
