Döner fırın,soğutma ve yakıt sistemleri arasında otomasyon çalışmaları Çitosan Çorum Çimento Sanayiinde bir uygulama

Abstract

ÇİTOSAN Çorum Çimento Sanayii 'nde tanı otomasyona hazırlık amacıyla veri analizi yapılmış ve fırın çalışmasını kontrol eden bilgisayar programı hazırlanmıştır. Bu programla, girilen işletme verileri ve hesaplanan parametreler esas alınarak, döner fırın, soğutma ve yakıt sisteminin normal çalışma şartlarında kalması sağlanmaktadır. Sistemin çalışma şartları, döner fırın şeması üzerinde görülebilmekte, sınır değerlerinin dışına çıkıldığında, operatör ikaz edilerek, hangi önlemlerin alınacağı belirtilmektedir. Hazırlanan program ve veriler arasında kurulan ilişkiler lam otomasyona geçişteki hazırlık bilgilerini oluşturmaktadır. Tam otomasyona geçilmemesi durumunda ise kurulacak bilgisayar ağı ile işletmenin birçok merkezden izlenmesi sağlanabilecektir.

When the working conditions are out of acceptable range, the operator is warned ami precautions to be taken are listed on the screen. This code and the method of data analysis are preparations to transform the cement plant to full automation. In case the full automation is not considered, it can serve to control the plant from several centers manually by establishing a network service.
