Aşçıların Mesleki Özerklikleri İle Yaratıcılık Süreci İlişkisi

Abstract

ÖZ Bu çalışma, aşçıların yaratıcılık süreci aşamalarına, mesleki özerkliğin etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak, alanyazın incelenerek bir soru formu oluşturulmuştur. Aşçılık mesleki dayanışma derneklerinin yardımıyla 391 profesyonel aşçıdan veri toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analiziyle aşçıların mesleki özerkliğini oluşturan iki boyuta ve aşçıların yaratıcılık sürecini oluşturan dört aşamaya ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, aşçılara işletmeler tarafından sağlanan mesleki özerkliğin, aşçıların özerk davranabilme yetisine göre yaratıcılık süreci üzerinde daha etkili olduğu saptanmıştır.

The study aims at determining the effects of chefs' job autonomy on the stages of the creativity process. For this purpose, after a review of literature, a questionnaire was developed to explore job autonomy and creativity process. Data were collected from 391 professional chefs with the assistance of professional chef associations. By the analysis of the obtained data, two dimensions forming the job autonomy and four stages constitute the creative process have been reached. The results demonstrated that job autonomy which is provided for the chefs is more effective on their creativity process than their ability to behave autonomously.
