Synthesis of platinum(II) complexes of 1-aryl-3-(benzimidazole-2-yl)- pyrazole-4-ketoximes and studies on their cytotoxic effects

Abstract

In this research, synthesis of some complexes in the presence ofPt(II) were studied. The structure of the compounds were elucidated by IR, 1H-NMR, Mass and Elemental Analyses. The cytotoxicity of Pt-complex was evaluated. The cellular responses through MTT method were measured in normal rat embryo fibroblast line F2408 andH-ras active-rat embryo fibroblast line 5RP7.
