Fluorit flotasyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Eskişehir-Beylikahır yöresi fluoritlerinin flotasyon yöntemi ile zenginleştirilebilme olanakları araştırılmıştır. Flotasyon deneylerinde toplayıcı olarak sodyum oleat, oleik asit ve oleik asit-zeytinyağı karışımı kullanılmıştır. Petrografik ve mineralojik incelemeler başlıca bileşenlerinin; fluorit, barit, kalsit ve kuvars olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Oleik asit-zeytinyağı karışımının toplayıcı olarak kullanıldığı flotasyon deneylerinde iki kademe temizleme devresinden sonra başlangıç numunesine göre %92.45 CaF2 içeren konsantre %69.99 verimle elde edilmiştir. Eskişehir-Beylikahır yöresi fluoritiinden flotasyon ile seramik ve metalurjik kalite fluorit elde etmek mümkündür.

In this study, the possibility of enrichment of Eskişehir-Beylikahır region's fluorite by flotation was investigated. In the flotation tests, sodium oleate, oleic acid, mixture of oleic acid and olive oil were used as collector. Petrological and mineralogical analyses of the samples have shown that major constituents were fluorite, barite, calcite and quartz. After two cleaning stages, flotation offluorite with mixture of oleic acid and olive oil yielded a concentrate containing 92.45% CaF2 with 69.99% recovery. The production of ceramic grade and metallurgical grade fluorite were possible from Eskişehir-Beylikahır region's fluorite by flotation method.
